PVC-coated polyester · printable truck curtain surface · custom fabric construction

Truck side curtain fabric is a reinforced flexible sidewall material for curtain-sider trailers and transport trucks. It gives loading crews fast side access while the closed curtain protects cargo from rain, snow, sun and road exposure. UNITARP fabric uses double-sided PVC knife coating over high-tenacity polyester to deliver waterproof protection, UV resistance, high tensile strength, abrasion resistance and a printable surface for fleet branding.
Standard transport-grade range for repeated tensioning and daily trailer use.
PVC-coated construction blocks rain, snow and road moisture.
Built for truck curtain and transport-fabric projects.
Transport-grade performance across hot, cold and wet routes.
Truck side curtain fabric runs on a sliding curtain system instead of using rigid truck body panels. It must handle repeated opening, tensioning, wind load, outdoor weather and contact with loading equipment.
The fabric keeps its structure, surface quality, print quality and sliding performance through daily freight operations. Its core construction combines a high-tenacity polyester base with PVC coating on both sides and a surface finish selected for the project.
Use a curtain-grade material for curtain-sider work. The fabric structure, surface finish and strength package are built around the specific truck curtain application.

The finished fabric resists tension, abrasion, weather and repeated sliding while supporting printable curtain panels for fleet graphics.
High-tenacity polyester reinforcement resists continuous tension, repeated mechanical stress and daily trailer operation.
The PVC-coated construction blocks rain, snow and moisture to protect transported goods.
UV-resistant surface treatment protects the fabric during long-term outdoor exposure in high-sun transport environments.
The surface withstands repeated contact with trailer hardware, loading tools and cargo edges.
The fabric supports matte or glossy digital printing for corporate logos, fleet graphics and mobile advertising.
The strong, flexible construction supports repeated movement along the trailer rail system.
These two defined configurations cover standard truck curtains and heavy-duty transport projects.

PVC truck curtain fabric is built by combining polyester yarn, weave structure, PVC coating thickness and surface finish. This creates a fabric designed around strength, hand feel, print finish, weather resistance and freight use.
Optional PVDF and acrylic coatings enhance fire resistance and enable self-cleaning surfaces that repel dust and acid rain. The fabric also supports large-format digital printing for branded trailers.
Choose glossy, matte or embossed finish for the required fleet appearance. Each surface is built into the fabric construction, not added as an afterthought.
| Construction choice | Result |
|---|---|
| Polyester yarn and weave | Controls breaking strength and tear strength. |
| PVC coating thickness and structure | Controls GSM, weight and fabric body. |
| PVC formulation | Enables flame-retardant, anti-static, airtight and chemical-resistant performance. |
| PVC hardness | Controls fabric hand feel and flexibility. |
| Production technology | Cold lamination, hot lamination or knife coating. |
| Embossing roller | Creates glossy, matte or embossed surface patterns. |
| Surface finish | Acrylic and PVDF finishes create defined surface performance. |
